IRCC has tie ups with the provinces and territories on how they share responsibilty for immigration .Thereby, both federal and provinces of canada offer business immigration programs.

Leaving aside the federal business and investor programs their are provincial programs to accommodate the business investors.

Once nominated by a province for a business program , the applicant can apply for permanent residence through the federal immigration program.
